Specify Email Notification Settings

Access the Email Notifications section by hovering your mouse over CallFire in the upper right, and clicking on Settings. The Email Notifications section is to the right.

There are three account level notification types. Check the box of the type(s) of notifications you would like to receive.

  • Campaign finished You will be alerted after any campaign finishes.
  • Inbound calls/texts You will be alerted after anyone calls or texts one of your phone numbers.
  • Monthly payment confirmation You will be alerted after your monthly renewal payment has been processed

Note: The option "Apply to existing" will enable the option for any campaigns, calls, and texts that are in progress. If you do not check the box, you will be alerted for all future campaigns, calls, and texts.
