Access Keyword Statistics


Click the Numbers link in the main menu, and then on the Keywords link.

Here you will find a list of all your Keywords.  Click an individual Keyword to view its statistics, or check several and click the Detailed Report link in order to report across several Keywords. You will find several tabs to click once you are viewing actual results.

  • Text Summary A graphical representation of your texts that you can adjust by date, time of day, and day of week.
  • Text Records Individual replies to your Keyword that you can export in .xls(x) and .csv formats.
  • Auto Replies See a list of all your auto replies. 
  • Keyword Settings Receive email notifications when there is activity on your Keyword.
