Access Call Tracking Statistics

Access your statistics by clicking on the Numbers link.

Individual Number Performance

Click a number to view the Call Summary screen. The three graphs show the calls for that number by date, time of day, and day of week. 


There is also a series of links across the top of the page to alter the configuration of your number. These are defined in the Call Tracking section.

  • Call Records Lists your inbound calls
  • Text Summary Similar to the Call Summary screen, but reports on text messages
  • Text Records Lists your inbound and outbound text activity
  • Auto Replies View and edit auto replies

All Numbers Performance

From the Numbers page, select the desired numbers, and click on Detailed Report.

You can now access call and text summaries for all selected numbers as described above.
