The Call Center main dashboard presents an overview of all your campaigns. Statistics on this page include the total number of calls, live answers, calls per hour, and agent activity. 

Under the Recent Activity section, you will see if any of your agents are currently logged in.


Possible agent statuses include:

  • Offline
  • Connecting to Agent
  • Ready
  • Available
  • Connecting to Call
  • Talking
  • Transfer
  • Wrapping Call
  • Pause
  • Selecting Campaign
