Begin to create your Cloud Call Center campaign by giving it a name and a Caller ID. If you have not yet verified the Caller ID, CallFire will send a call to the number you enter in order to verify that you own it. You will receive a code over the phone, which you then enter into the interface.

You may also enter an optional script on this page. This will be visible to your agents when they are talking with a contact.
