The survey section allows you to create a series of questions that your agents can answer while on a call. It is an excellent way to gather and analyze data in a uniform way. There are three types of survey questions currently supported.

  • Text This is a block of free-form text.
  • Multiple Choice This creates a question for which you specify possible responses. The responses become checkboxes that agents can select. For example, use this kind of question to ask "Are you going to vote this year?" Possible responses include Yes, No, or Undecided.
  • Number This allows agents to enter a number only.

Click the Question button to add questions, and the Remove button to delete them.
