Call Summary provides a graphical representation of your aggregated inbound Call Tracking activity. You can filter summary data by custom date ranges using the calendar button to the right.

  • Calls by Date: Daily volume of Total Calls versus Transferred Calls.
  • Calls by Time of Day: Approximate average hourly inbound call volume, illustrating the most active times throughout the day that your Call Tracking number receives calls, and how many of those calls result in completed transfers.
  • Calls by Day of the Week: Approximate average daily inbound call volume, illustrating the most active times  that your Call Tracking number receives calls and how many result in completed transfers.

COMMON QUESTIONS:

What is the difference between Total and Transfer?

  • Total (illustrated in blue) indicates the quantity of incoming calls initiated to your Call Tracking number.
  • Transfer (illustrated in green) indicates the quantity of incoming calls resulting in a completed connection to the forwarding number.
