Billing: Change Monthly Plan

CallFire monthly plans allow you to purchase volume credits at a bulk rate.

For your convenience, your plan will automatically renew each month. Plan credits refresh each renewal and do not roll over. With no long term commitment, you can upgrade to a larger volume plan at any time, or downgrade to a smaller plan at renewal.

How do I?

Upgrade My Plan

Your current plan is shaded for easy reference. Click Select for the plan of your choice.

  • To see larger monthly plan options, click Need More Minutes below the displayed plans.
  • To return to the smaller plan options, click Need Less Minutes.
    1. Choose when your upgrade takes effect:
      1. Upgrade today
        • An immediate upgrade will add the difference in credits between your original monthly plan allotment and your upgraded plan allotment, regardless of the amount of credits already consumed on your original plan.
          • You will be charged the difference between the two plans immediately.
          • Your new plan will renew at the new plan rate on your originally scheduled renewal date.
      2. Upgrade at renewal
        • An deferred upgrade will not affect your current plan until renewal. Additional credits will not be added until the plan change is applied on your renewal date.
        • You will be charged the upgraded plan amount at renewal.
    2. Choose your billing frequency:
      1. Monthly billing
        • An immediate upgrade will add the difference in credits between your original monthly plan allotment and your upgraded plan allotment, regardless of the amount of credits already consumed on your original plan.
      2. Annual billing
        • Continue with a monthly renewal for your plan, or pre-pay 12 months in advance for a 20% discount.
        • An annual purchase gives you immediate access to all plan credits.
          • NOTE: Anytime credits purchased on an annual plan are offered at the monthly rate for that plan. The additional 20% discount does not apply.
          • Anytime credits expire 18 months from the date of purchase.
    3. Enter or confirm your payment information, then click Review Purchase.
    4. Confirm your selections are accurate, then complete your purchase.
      Do not refresh your screen or click the Back button on your browser.

 

Downgrade My Monthly Plan

Your current plan is shaded for easy reference. Click Select for the plan of your choice.

  1. To downgrade your CallFire plan, simply click Select for the plan of your choice.
  2. Choose your billing frequency:
    1. Monthly billing
      • Continue with a monthly renewal for your new plan.
      • You will be charged the lower plan amount at your next renewal.
    2. Annual billing
      • Pre-pay 12 months in advance for a 20% discount.
      • An annual purchase gives you immediate access to all plan credits.
        • NOTE: Anytime credits purchased on an annual plan are offered at the monthly rate for that plan. The additional 20% discount does not apply.
        • Anytime credits expire 18 months from the date of purchase.
  3. Click Confirm Purchase
      1. (No payment will be required at this time unless your account has a negative credit balance, or you are prepaying a 12 month balance).
      2. Once confirmed, your downgraded plan will take effect on the first day of your next billing cycle.

Your Plan Usage page will display a yellow banner indicating you have a pending downgrade.

 


COMMON QUESTIONS:

Do My Credits Expire?

Unused monthly plan credits will expire on the last day of each billing cycle. Monthly plan credits do not rollover and cannot be refunded. Pay As You Go credits expire 18 months from the date of purchase.

What if need more credits before my next monthly renewal?

You can always purchase additional Basic Pay-as-You-Go credits at the rate provided in your current monthly pricing plan. Pay-as-You-Go credits expire 18 months from the date purchased.
