GENERAL

Contact List: Designate a contact list to receive text communications via the selected Keyword. Opt-ins to your keyword are automatically added to the associated list.

Enable double opt-in: A double opt-in provides contacts an opportunity to confirm that their intent when initially texting your keyword is to consent to receive text communications from you via the CallFire shortcode assigned to your account. When enabled:

  • A respondent will not receive your auto-reply until they reply Y or Yes to the double opt-in.
  • A respondent will not be added to your contacts until they reply Y or Yes to the double opt-in.

NOTIFICATIONS

Receive email notification on inbound text: Allows you to request email notifications for any texts received to this keyword.

NOTE: You can enable/disable keyword notifications for all keywords in your account settings.
