Billing: View Past Usage

Past Usage page displays your plan selection, number of remaining credits for the billing period, and the monthly plan cost per monthly billing cycle.

Plan Usage

By default, the current month is displayed; select prior billing periods from the date selections to the right.

Usage Type: Shows an allocation of how your credits are being consumed for the time frame selected:

  • Calls: Use of the Call Center, Voice Broadcast, inbound calls to Phone Numbers, and IVR.
  • Texts: Texts sent and texts received.

Click the details link to view the specific usage records for the selected time frame.

Phone Numbers: Provides a count of and lists all Call Tracking Phone Numbers on your account and shows whether they are toll-free or local.

By default, you may only see up to five numbers displayed. Click the View All down arrow to display additional numbers.

Keywords: Provides a count of and lists all Keywords on your account.

By default, you may only see up to five Keywords displayed. Click the View All down arrow to display additional numbers.


COMMON QUESTIONS

What happens to any remaining credits from prior month's’ usage?

On monthly plans, unused plan credits are expired at the end of each billing period.
