The contacts view allows you to manage contact lists within broadcasts or campaigns.
Go to:   Disable List | Re-enable List

How do I?

Disable a contact list

Disabling will prevent dialing of additional contacts from the list within the current broadcast or campaign.

  • Click the x to the far right of the List Name list row, or check the box in the row to the left of the list name then click Disable.
  • If dialing of the list has already been completed, disabling the list will have no effect.

Re-enable a disabled contact list

Any contacts not previously dialed from the list will be available for contact within the current broadcast or campaign.

  • Click the + to the far right of the List Name list row, or check the box in the row to the left of the list name then click Enable.
  • If the broadcast or campaign is not in Running status, enabling the list will have no effect.
