Most businesses purchase one of our convenient, discounted monthly plan options. If you find you need additional credits to extend your plan allotment, or haven't yet subscribed to a monthly or annual plan, you can purchase additional "Pay-as-You-Go"* blocks of credits.

How Do I?

Purchase more credits
  1. Click the box to select one of the preset credit amounts displayed.
  2. For a different amount, enter a Custom Amount below the presets (minimum 100 credits), then click "Pay Now".
  3. Enter or confirm your payment information, then click "Review Purchase".
  4. Confirm your selections are accurate, then complete your purchase.
  5. Do not refresh your screen or click the Back button on your browser.

 

*NOTE: Unused pay-as-you-go credits expire 18 months from the date of purchase.

Subscribe to a monthly plan
  1. Click "View Plans Now" to see plan options.
  2. Click "Select" in the row of the plan you want to purchase.
  3. Enter or confirm your payment information, then click "Review Purchase".
  4. Confirm your selections are accurate, then complete your purchase.
  5. Do not refresh your screen or click the Back button on your browser.

 

Most monthly plans offer an additional 20% discount for annual purchase.

COMMON QUESTIONS:
What if I don't use all of my plan credits?

Monthly plans renew every 30 days. Unused credits expire at renewal and do not roll over. CallFire purchases are non-refundable.

Can I purchase fewer than 500 credits?

You can specify a different quantity in the “Custom Amount” field. The minimum purchase is 100 credits.

I’ve entered the number of credits I want to purchase in the Custom Amount field, but nothing happens when I click "Pay Now".

The minimum number of credits you can purchase is 100. Please enter any number greater than 100 and try again. For larger volumes, be sure to consider one of our monthly plans

I'm looking at your monthly plans, but I need more credits than the what's shown.

When viewing plan options, click "Need More Minutes" to view additional higher volume options.
