Whether creating a new Broadcast or building a Call Center campaign, the process of adding contacts is the same.
- Drag to Upload or Choose File: Either of these options allows you to include additional contact data such as name and address, along with phone numbers
- Copy and Paste: Only phone numbers can be pasted; no additional contact data can be included.
- Add Single Contact: Select individual contacts previously saved to your CallFire account.
- Filter Previous List: Create a subset of a previous campaign.
- Choose Existing List: Attach a list previously uploaded to your account Contact Lists
- Click "Choose Existing List"
- Check the box next to the list(s) of choice, then click "Submit"
Once contact selection is complete, the system will validate your list, according to your account list validation settings.
