Add Contacts

Whether creating a new Broadcast or building a Call Center campaign, the process of adding contacts is the same.

  • Drag to Upload or Choose File: Either of these options allows you to include additional contact data such as name and address, along with phone numbers
  • Copy and Paste: Only phone numbers can be pasted; no additional contact data can be included.
  • Add Single Contact: Select individual contacts previously saved to your CallFire account.
  • Filter Previous List: Create a subset of a previous campaign.
  • Choose Existing List: Attach a list previously uploaded to your account Contact Lists
    1. Click "Choose Existing List"
    2. Check the box next to the list(s) of choice, then click "Submit"

Once contact selection is complete, the system will validate your list, according to your account list validation settings
