Call Tracking: Settings Configuration - Notifications

When using a CallFire Phone Number for SMS, the number can be configured to provide an alert whenever a new text message is received on that number.

Receive Email Notification 

Enter the email address at which to receive the message alert for inbound text.

  • Applies to selected Call Tracking Number(s) only.
  • Setting can be modified at the account settings level.



Be sure to click "Finalize" to complete the configuration. Don’t miss this step, or your settings may not be saved and calls may fail!

Once your number is configured, you can return to and adjust these settings via the Phone Numbers link from your left navigation menu.
